The Teamlytica questionnaire contains 54 questions across nine categories, scored from never to always. It takes around 20 minutes to complete. Questions have been crafted to bring a pragmatic and common sense approach to team analysis. There is a nod to academia, but they are purposely not psychometric based.
Alongside the scored questions, there are three open-text response for the team member’s answers. It’s secure, confidential and accessed online by the manager and team members. Once submitted, the manager and invited observers can access the dashboard.

The TeamLytica coach spends 90 minutes (typically online) with each manager on their high impact report and analysis. The outcomes will be:
Established team context
Understand challenges and opportunities
Create an action plan (ideally linked to KPIs) for immediate positive impact and to support a longer-term sustainable team
A prioritised plan will be created in conjunction with available internal and/or external resources. Actions are ideally linked to daily/weekly meetings and behaviours etc. There will be manager and/or team training over the following months, focusing on what makes a difference to the team and how they work together, including performance improvements.
There will be ongoing accountability sessions with each manager (typically monthly and hosted online) with your Teamlytica coach. This will be to track outcomes and focus on the progress against set KPIs and linked to report scores.
The team can re-test themselves on the TeamLytica platform at any time, but we’d suggest at least 3 to 6 months between assessments. Training and development then has a chance to take full effect. The re-test takes just 20 minutes and provides benchmarks for every question and category. The team’s cohesion, stress and morale are also compared.
Scores will either improve, stay neutral or slip backwards and will influence further training and team support.
